Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we ship within India only.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–8 business days (EDT). You’ll receive a tracking ID for every order.

Q: Are there shipping charges?
A: All orders ship free, no minimum purchase required — because luxury should be effortless.

3) Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags. Customised or final sale items cannot be exchanged.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are only available if the item is damaged upon delivery. To process a refund, record a video at the time of delivery showing the damage, and send it immediately to Manchist’s official social media page or support contact. Claims without a video are not eligible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Manchist does not store your card details.

Q: When will I get charged?
A: Your payment is charged immediately after the order is confirmed.
